Last night was the first night’s sleep I had since the adventure of the squirrels began.This is just a note to let you know how appreciative I am, both with your professionalism and assuring and pleasant demeanor.Things are very different today from what they were when I was a young woman. It is heartening to know there are still people like both of you who are not only helpful, but trustworthy and kind. It reminds me of the time when people cared about their business and customers.Thank you very much for all you did to make the experience, while frustrating, a positive one.
